Fulcul is an app that matches a customer looking for an available taxi and an available taxi looking for a customer. This does not mean it guarantees the arrival of a taxi, which is why it is called “loose matching.”

You can check the movement of available taxis on the map in the app. When a taxi approaches within 150m of your location, your smartphone will vibrate to let you know.
